This allows it to generate clean hydrogen emissions-free and highly efficient, using only water and electricity as inputs.

Linde’s New York plant, which will be the recipient of the system, will thus be able to produce green hydrogen on an industrial scale, strengthening the region’s sustainable energy supply and helping to reduce the region’s carbon footprint. carbon footprint footprint of its industrial processes.

Domestic manufacturing with regional impact

The commitment to domestic manufacturing reinforces Accelera’s leadership in PEM technology and supports job creation in the United States. The choice of Niagara Falls as a strategic location allows us to take advantage of a reliable renewable source close to energy-intensive industrial centers.

Des McMenamin, general manager of electrolyzers at Accelera, noted that this delivery validates the company’s ability to deliver robust solutions that drive large-scale decarbonization.

Scalable technology

The 35 MW system joins Accelera’s previous deployments, such as the 20 MW system in Quebec and the 25 MW system in Florida, consolidating a track record of deployments in key markets. Its modular design allows production capacity to be expanded according to demand, integrating into industrial chains without compromising efficiency or sustainability.

The company has already deployed more than 600 electrolyzer units worldwide, positioning itself as a key player in the development of green hydrogen infrastructure.

Source and photo: Cummins

The system runs exclusively on local hydroelectric power, allowing the production of green hydrogen without emissions.

[13026,13044

post-296083","noticias","type-noticias","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","categoria_noticias-energy","categoria_noticias-new-energies
["GET
