Through an agreement with its subsidiary, <strong>Hanwha Philly Shipyard<\/strong>, the company has ordered ten <strong>MR tankers<\/strong> and exercised the option for a second <strong>LNG tanker<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maritime industry and oil tankers MR<\/h2>\n\n<p>This important contract is a turning point for the Philadelphia shipyard and is a clear sign of the reindustrialization of the U.S. maritime industry. The <strong>mid-range vessels<\/strong>, designed to transport crude oil and chemicals, will be integrated into the <strong>Jones Act<\/strong> fleet. <\/p>\n\n<p>Likewise, the <strong>LNG<a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/shell-and-great-hydrogen-transporters\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"160262\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gas carriers<\/a><\/strong> will be used for energy exports, supporting the energy security of the United States and its allies.
