The strategy bets on a new generation of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/inspenet-com.webpkgcache.com\/doc\/-\/s\/inspenet.com\/articulo\/combustible-sintetico-tipos-y-aplicaciones\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"inspenet-com.webpkgcache.com\/doc\/-\/s\/inspenet.com\/articulo\/combustible-sintetico-tipos-y-aplicaciones\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">low-carbon fuels<\/a><\/strong>fuels, produced with refining technologies that integrate renewable components. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sustainable fuels for aviation, transportation and land-based fuels<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Among the fuels developed by Petrobras, the following are highlighted <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/petrobras.com.br\/quem-somos\/diesel-r5\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/petrobras.com.br\/quem-somos\/diesel-r5\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diesel R<\/a><\/strong>which combines traditional diesel with vegetable oils or animal fats through co-processing; the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/india-certifies-sustainable-production-of-pbs-at-panipat-refinery\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"inspenet-com.webpkgcache.com\/doc\/-\/s\/inspenet.com\/noticias\/india-certifica-produccion-sostenible-de-saf\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SAF<\/a><\/strong> (sustainable aviation fuel), which meets the same standards as conventional kerosene; and Bunker, intended for maritime transport. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/articulo\/integration-renewable-energies-shipping\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/articulo\/energia-renovable-en-el-transporte-maritimo\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">maritime transport<\/a><\/strong>The biodiesel bunker, made with 24% biodiesel, is used for maritime transport.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Center for Research, Development and Innovation (Cenpes) plays a key role in this transition.
