This joint venture is 25% owned by Vantage and 75% owned by TotalEnergies, strengthening the collaboration between the two companies in the offshore sector. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The sale of the Tungsten Explorer<\/h2>\n\n<p>As part of the agreement, <em>Vantage Drilling<\/em> will continue to operate and manage the <em>Tungsten Explorer<\/em> for an initial ten-year period, with an option to extend for an additional five years.
