With this transaction, the company strengthens its role as a key supplier of specialized personnel to the energy industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oil and gas operations in strategic locations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2012, Danos has had operations in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/electrical-reliability-in-the-permian-basin\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"192609\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Permian Basin<\/a> Eagle Ford<\/strong> and other shale reservoirs. With the integration of these Wood activities, the company expands its coverage in strategic onshore projects and diversifies its reach into production and renewable energy services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paul Danos, CEO, said the company has spent nearly eight decades building a team capable of safely maintaining and operating energy assets. The integration of <strong>Wood&#8217;<\/strong> s staff and <strong>contracts<\/strong> will further that mission and open up new opportunities for its more than 3,700 employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With more than 200 clients in 21 states, operations in the Gulf of Mexico and international presence, <strong>Danos <\/strong>continues its expansion plan initiated in 2014. This is the seventh acquisition in a decade, and management assures that it will continue to explore opportunities that strengthen its service capacity and human talent development in the energy sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reed Per\u00e9, president of the company, emphasized that this acquisition is aligned with the vision of providing <strong>exceptional service<\/strong> while investing in the success of the team and customers.
