It was made entirely of <em><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/articulo\/inconel-characteristics-and-applications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Inconel<\/a><\/em> by additive manufacturing, this propellant reaches one meter in length and was produced in a single operation without welds, joints or fasteners from the fuel inlet to the nozzle outlet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The manufacture of a rocket motor in one piece<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This development also expands on the company&#8217;s previous success, which had manufactured and flight-tested a <strong>monoblock engine<\/strong>. The new version exceeds its predecessors in size and also integrates greater structural complexity and considerably higher weight, demonstrating the feasibility of <strong>manufacturing complete engines <\/strong>with a single production cycle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agnikul Cosmos also announced that it has obtained a patent in the United States for its design and <strong>method of manufacturing integral rocket motors<\/strong>. This registration consolidates an Indian design in one of the most competitive markets in the aerospace industry, recognized for developing some of the world&#8217;s most advanced propellants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project has been supported by organizations such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/nisar-satellite-starts-mission-to-map-earth-changes-in-real-time\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"283133\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISRO<\/a><\/strong><strong>IN-SPACe<\/strong>, <strong>TDB <\/strong>and <strong>DST<\/strong>, strengthening India&#8217;s role in the global space innovation arena.
