These parts, essential in marine foundations, require meticulous preparation to withstand extreme conditions. The system includes:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A Blastman robot for automated shot blast cleaning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A painting robot integrated into a 140-meter long booth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A turnkey heavy industrial coatings package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatic programming to adapt to variable geometries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>This configuration allows to increase productivity, maintain consistent quality and optimize the use of materials.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A sustainable and scalable production model<\/h2>\n\n<p>Lamprell plans to incorporate this technology at its facility in Hamriyah, United Arab Emirates, where <strong>the system is expected to be operational in 2026<\/strong>. This step responds to the growing global demand for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/articulo\/renewable-energy-in-energy-security\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/articulo\/energias-renovables-en-la-seguridad-energetica\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">clean and durable energy solutions<\/a><\/strong> and durable energy solutions, and reinforces the company&#8217;s strategy of technology integration in mass production processes. <\/p>\n\n<p>Lamprell&#8217;s renewables project manager, Sachith Jagannath, noted that the use of robotic <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/tank-engineering-modernizes-tank-inspection-with-robotics-and-api-standards\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/noticias\/tank-engineering-inspeccion-api-con-robotica\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">use of robotics<\/a><\/strong> represents a structural change in the efficiency of its operations.
