This technology makes it possible to <strong>manufacture textiles with minimal emissions<\/strong> <strong>and no waste<\/strong>, eliminating the use of conventional toxic solvents. <\/p>\n\n<p>The facility, with a capacity of 1,000 tons per year, replaces hazardous compounds such as carbon disulfide with stable and recoverable ionic liquids, <strong>achieving a recovery rate of more than 99%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cleaner and more efficient textile manufacturing<\/h2>\n\n<p>In addition, the structure of the ionic liquids offers outstanding technical advantages: high polarity, low volatility and excellent solubility for various compounds. This makes cellulose processing safer and more environmentally friendly. <\/p>\n\n<p>The result is a fiber that meets international quality standards for strength, elongation and uniformity, making it an alternative to fossil fibers and traditional viscose.<\/p>\n\n<p>With this plant, China&#8217;s textile sector is making progress in its goal of reducing its carbon footprint. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/shell-leaves-plan-reduce-carbon-footprint\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"97843\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">carbon footprint<\/a><\/strong>.
