Corrosion protection of NANOMYTE TC-5001<\/h2>\n\n

This nanotechnology-based clear coating<\/a><\/strong> based on nanotechnology <\/strong>can be applied by dipping, spraying or brushing and forms a dense layer that blocks contact between metal and moisture. In addition, its formula improves the adhesion of paints, preventing the usual flaking of galvanized parts. For example, TC-5001 coating<\/strong> stands out for its versatility of use in demanding conditions, as it is compatible with painted or unpainted metal surfaces. <\/p>\n\n

This technology can be applied in conjunction with the self-healing pretreatment NANOMYTE PT-100<\/strong>, providing more robust corrosion protection. This combination has shown superior results in salt spray tests<\/strong>(SST, ASTM B117<\/em>): parts treated with TC-5001 maintain their integrity after more than 1000 hours without white rust and exceed 1200 hours without red rust. <\/p>\n\n
