These thrusters are designed for integration into <strong>unmanned aerial systems <\/strong><em>(UAS<\/em>) and<strong> CCA-type aircraft<\/strong>, filling the <strong>Department of Defense&#8217; <\/strong>s need for efficient, modular and affordable boost solutions. <\/p>\n\n<p>The company <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/ge-aerospace-parts-inspection-method\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"173743\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GE Aerospace<\/a><\/strong>with more than 100 years of experience in <strong>propulsion technology<\/strong> and an installed base of 70,000 engines, provides the capability to scale designs from prototype to mass production. For its part, <strong>Kratos <\/strong>offers two decades of <strong>expertise in autonomous platforms<\/strong>, including drones and missiles, and supplies the know-how in rapid and cost-effective development of small engines. <\/p>\n\n<p>The <em>GEK800 <\/em>and <em>GEK1500 <\/em>are part of a <strong>new generation of<\/strong> <strong>low-cost<\/strong>, <strong>disposable engines<\/strong>, prioritizing scalability and rapid response to operational needs. In addition to these two engines, the agreement envisages future collaboration on additional product lines, establishing an alliance in the autonomous air defense sector. <\/p>\n\n<p>Both companies agree that the future of defense systems lies in <strong>modular platforms <\/strong>powered by <strong>efficient<\/strong> and economical <strong>engines<\/strong>.
