At 121.7 meters in length and with a cable carrying capacity of 5,500 tons, the vessel incorporates outstanding tools such as a carousel below deck and enclosed work areas for safety in adverse sea conditions. <\/p>\n\n<p>Construction is planned at the German shipyard of <strong>Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven<\/strong> GmbH, following a <em>Letter of Intent<\/em> signed in May. This step represents the transition from the conceptual phase to the start of formal engineering, strengthening the technical collaboration between <strong>Megamas<\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/ulstein-designs-heavy-lift-vessel-for-offshore-wind-energy\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"224268\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ulstein<\/a><\/strong> and <strong>Lloyd Werft<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>CLV will integrate cable handling technologies<\/strong> and equipment such as ROV trenchers, double pulling lines and 50-ton A-frames. It is also designed to meet the requirements of the subsea telecommunications and renewable energy sectors. The initiative has the financial and strategic backing of <strong>Crewstone International Private Equity &amp; Investments<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>vessel&#8217;s design <\/strong>is aligned with <strong>DNV classifier<\/strong> DNV&#8217;s<em>clean design<\/em>standards and recyclability criteria, establishing <strong>Megamas <\/strong>&#8216; commitment to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility in shipbuilding.
