Offshore Helicopter Services UK Ltd (OHSUK) has taken an important step in consolidating its presence in the offshore energy sector with the addition of a new Airbus H175 helicopter<\/strong>. The aircraft was delivered on May 14, 2025 at the Airbus facility in Marignane, France, after successfully completing test flights. <\/p>\n\n

The company’s team directly supervised the receipt of the aircraft, which will now be transferred to the UK to apply its distinctive livery before entering operation in the North Sea.<\/p>\n\n

The company, which operates around 6,300 flights a year, strengthens with this addition its capacity to offer safe and reliable<\/a><\/strong> and reliable air transportation, as well as emergency response services on the high seas. This expansion is in line with the strategy outlined after Ultimate Aviation’s acquisition of the company two years ago, marking a new stage of sustainable transformation and operational expansion. <\/p>\n\n

Martin Stubbs, managing director of Offshore Helicopter Services UK, noted that the new helicopter represents an endorsement of the commitment to operational resilience and service excellence. In parallel, progress is being made the incorporation of two Leonardo AW139<\/a><\/strong>oriented to search and rescue (SAR) operations, with advanced technology such as night vision goggles and cabin redesign,<\/strong> elements developed with the contribution of technical personnel, pilots and medical professionals, as explained on its website. <\/p>\n\n

From the parent group’s perspective, Shaun Roseveare, CEO of Ultimate Aviation, noted that the delivery of the H175 is reflective of its vision for sustained growth in a challenging environment. <\/p>\n\n
