Floatel International<\/strong> announced that its Floatel Victory<\/strong> unit will extend its support operations in Brazil until the end of 2025, following the extension of its contract with Equinor<\/strong> to support activities on the FPSO Peregrino<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n

Floatel Victory as continuous support in the operation <\/h2>\n\n

The primary objective of the extension is to continue providing support as a floating accommodation unit on the Peregrino field,<\/strong> operated by Equinor<\/em> in deepwater off the coast of Brazil. This role includes supporting the Maintenance and Safety Unit<\/strong> ( MSU<\/em> ) and connecting to the Peregrino FPSO<\/em> , enabling integrated, productive, and safe operation in highly demanding maritime conditions. <\/p>\n\n

This renewed contract reflects the reliability<\/a><\/strong> and operational efficiency<\/strong> of Floatel Victory, designed to provide accommodation and logistics support services in complex environments. Furthermore, the platform boasts an infrastructure capable of accommodating hundreds of workers, with recreational areas, medical services, and advanced safety systems that enable continuous operations at sea. <\/p>\n\n

With this contract extension, all the current options from the original agreement remain active again. This strengthens the collaboration between Floatel International<\/strong> and Equinor<\/strong> . Furthermore, the decision reaffirms the demand for high-quality marine accommodation solutions, essential for the operational continuity of large floating facilities. <\/p>\n\n
