Delivery to the new owner is expected in the second quarter of 2025. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Reliance Floatel semi-submersible unit<\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong>Reliance Floatel<\/strong> is a semi-submersible accommodation and security vessel designed to operate in moderate environmental conditions such as the <strong>Gulf of Mexico, the Campos Basin in Brazil<\/strong> and <strong>the Asia Pacific region<\/strong> . It is designed to meet international safety and efficiency standards for the oil and gas industry. <\/p>\n\n<p>The vessel has a capacity of 500 people and offers facilities including cabins, a dining room, a gym, an cybercafe and a cinema room. It also has a telescopic gangway for the safe transfer of personnel between the host platform. <\/p>\n\n<p>Technically, the <strong>Floatel Reliance<\/strong> is equipped with a Kongsberg DP2 dynamic positioning system and holds <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/abs-grants-approval-to-mocean-offshore-bv-and-eco-tlp-for-their-floating-offshore-wind-platform\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"235802\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">American Bureau of Shipping<\/a><\/strong> ( <em>ABS<\/em> ) certifications under the following class notations: <strong>ABS+A1, Accommodation Service, Column Stabilized Unit, FFV Class 2, +AMS, +DPS-2<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<p>This deal is a strategic move for <strong>Floatel International<\/strong> , allowing the company to adjust its fleet and focus on new opportunities within the offshore sector.
