Located in Surat, Gujarat, the facility has a projected production capacity of 14 GW of clean energy. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The first AI-powered solar manufacturing plant<\/h2>\n\n<p>Notable specifications include <strong>high-speed automated stringers<\/strong> , capable of producing up to 10,000 solar cells per hour, increasing production while improving accuracy and reducing material waste.<\/p>\n\n<p>On the other hand, the <strong>automated optical inspection<\/strong> ( <em>AOI<\/em> ) system uses AI to perform real-time quality control, detecting even microscopic defects that can go unnoticed with human inspection. This ensures that each manufactured solar cell meets the highest quality standards. <\/p>\n\n<p>In the manufacturing process, <em>pre-lamination<\/em> has been automated. With the integration of an automatic EVA placement robot, the inconsistencies generated are reduced, improving efficiency and minimizing production time. In addition, a <strong>three-stage automatic laminator<\/strong> optimizes the durability and resistance of the solar panels, ensuring a longer lifespan of the products.  <\/p>\n\n<p>During the inauguration, Pralhad Joshi, Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy, India, expressed his satisfaction at seeing Indian companies leading the shift towards <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/articulo\/investments-for-clean-energy-transition\/\" data-type=\"articulo\" data-id=\"190466\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">clean energy<\/a><\/strong> .
