This project was carried out at <strong>ZEEKR<\/strong> &#8216;s smart factory, which has allowed several <strong>Walker S1 humanoid robots<\/strong> to work together, performing complex tasks in multi-task and multi-scenario situations. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Swarm intelligence and multi-humanoid robots<\/h2>\n\n<p>In recent years, industrial automation has faced challenges when integrating humanoid robots into production sectors that require collaboration between multiple units. Now, <strong>swarm intelligence<\/strong> is presented as a solution, to allow these robots to operate efficiently on a large scale. The company <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/ubtech-exhibits-its-most-advanced-robots-at-leap-2025\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"228198\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UBTECH<\/a><\/strong> has implemented <strong>BrainNet technology<\/strong> , a system that allows humanoid robots to make collective decisions and interact efficiently in complex industrial tasks.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Through the <strong>implementation of the IoH system<\/strong> , command controls, and multimodal reasoning model, <strong>Walker S1 robots<\/strong> can autonomously break down and coordinate tasks, improving accuracy and optimization across multiple workstations.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>collaborative training phase 2.0<\/strong> has put the <em>Walker S1 robots<\/em> \u2019 abilities to the test in tasks such as collaborative sorting, handling and precision assembly. In <strong>ZEEKR<\/strong> \u2019s final assembly shop, the robots demonstrated their ability to work together in a coordinated manner, handling large workloads and performing assembly tasks with high precision. <\/p>\n\n<p>With the support of automotive giants such as <strong>Geely Auto<\/strong> , <strong>FAW-Volkswagen<\/strong> and <strong>BYD<\/strong> , the company has managed to improve the approach that allows robots to dynamically adapt to different environments, adjusting their postures and forces to optimize their performance.
