Eurazeo<\/strong> has invested \u20ac70 million in the MPC OSE Offshore platform<\/strong> , developed jointly with MPC Capital AG, OS Energy GmbH<\/strong> and other partners, dedicated to the development, construction and management of service vessels designed to operate in offshore wind farms.<\/p>\n\n

Construction of service vessels<\/h2>\n\n

This is the seventh investment made by the Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund<\/strong> ( ETIF<\/em> ), under a sustainable investment strategy. With this project, the company strengthens its commitment to the rapid expansion of offshore renewable energy. <\/p>\n\n

We are delighted to make ETIF\u2019s seventh investment in MPC OSE Offshore and anticipate that the company will play a key role in servicing and supporting the European offshore renewable energy industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
