This model allows <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/articulo\/renewable-energy-in-energy-security\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"articulo\" data-id=\"126943\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">for reducing losses in electricity transmission<\/a><\/strong> , improving energy efficiency and minimising the environmental impact on the marine ecosystem. The project is expected to be operational by the end of 2029 and will generate enough electricity to supply up to three times the consumption of Amsterdam.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The connection infrastructure, developed by <strong>TenneT<\/strong> , will enable the energy generated at the park to reach land in <strong>Borssele<\/strong> , where it will be converted into alternating current for distribution on the high-voltage grid. Source: TenneT Netherlands <\/p>\n\n<p>The Dutch government aims to achieve an installed capacity of <strong>21GW of offshore wind energy by 2032<\/strong> , and <strong>IJmuiden Ver Alpha<\/strong> will be a key pillar in this strategy.
