The Equipcon #EMD-56 sets the benchmark for MPI bench systems, offering unrivaled precision and performance. Key features include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system features a touch screen HMI with full PLC control, ensuring seamless operation and user-friendly customization of settings for current levels, waveforms, and magnetizing directions. It generates longitudinal fields using encircling or flux flow coils, delivering impressive capabilities of 5,000 amps AC and 6,000 amps FWDC. A motorized tailstock simplifies part handling, while automatic report generation streamlines documentation processes. Inspection capabilities are enhanced with the Equipcons #E-UVA-1K 32 Element UVA\/8 White Light Overhead Inspection Lamp, and the system comes fully functional with the Equipcons MPI Startup Kit, which includes their trusted partner ZChem’s “F-18B” water-based magnetic inking solution concentrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
