This model ensures significant energy autonomy and an innovative design, managing to minimize dependence on traditional electric charging. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The first integrated solar electric vehicle<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Aptera\u2019s vehicle<\/strong> features a unique system of strategically placed solar panels on the hood, roof, dashboard and rear hatch. This design allows for up to 40 miles of daily solar-powered range, accumulating more than 10,000 miles per year in sunny regions. Source: Aptera <\/p>\n\n<p>The sEV&#8217;s structure is made of <strong>molded carbon fiber composite<\/strong> ( <em>CF-SMC<\/em> ), which reduces the number of parts to less than one-tenth compared to conventional vehicles. This approach simplifies production and reduces overall weight, thereby improving the vehicle&#8217;s energy efficiency and durability. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aptera at CES 2025: Innovation on display<\/h2>\n\n<p>During CES, attendees were able to interact with the Aptera team at an <em>immersive booth<\/em> where details of the vehicle, such as its structure and chassis design, were showcased.
