Phase I will include 400 miles of 42-inch pipeline capable of transporting 1.5 billion cubic feet per day ( <em>Bcf\/d<\/em> ) of gas. This phase will connect Waha to Maypearl, Texas, south of Dallas\/Ft. Worth, integrating with Energy Transfer\u2019s pipeline network. This phase is also anticipated to be operational by the end of 2026.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Additionally, Phase I includes the Midland Lateral, a 42-mile, 36-inch pipeline that will link to processing plants in Martin and Midland counties. Phase II will increase the pipeline&#8217;s capacity to 2.2 Bcf\/d through the installation of compressors, depending on demand. <\/p>\n\n<p>With a total investment estimated at $2.7 billion, the project is supported by long-term agreements with high-credit counterparties.
