This project, driven by <strong>NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC)<\/strong> , is key to the transition to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/copenhill-the-clean-energy-recycling-plant\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"108752\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">clean, carbon-free energy<\/a><\/strong> , a crucial step to decarbonize sectors such as transport and heavy industry. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The world&#8217;s largest green hydrogen plant<\/h2>\n\n<p>ACWA Power, Air Products and NEOM have teamed up to create this <strong>renewable hydrogen<\/strong> <strong>plant<\/strong> located in Oxagon, within the futuristic NEOM City. Source: NGHC <\/p>\n\n<p>With an <strong>investment of $8.4 billion<\/strong> , this plant will have the capacity to produce up to <strong>600 tons of green hydrogen per day<\/strong> , using exclusively <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/solar-and-wind-energy-floating-park\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"135778\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">solar and wind energy<\/a><\/strong> . The hydrogen will be converted into green ammonia and exported globally, helping to reduce <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/satellite-shares-co2-emissions-data\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"108353\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><sub>CO2<\/sub> emissions<\/a><\/strong> worldwide. <\/p>\n\n<p>The NGHC project not only marks a breakthrough in renewable energy, but also represents a major contribution to the fight against <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/panama-is-updated-on-climate-change\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"49070\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">climate change<\/a><\/strong> .
