This <strong>60-meter-high steel structure<\/strong> , weighing approximately 2,445.6 tons, was carefully transported from the port to the ship that will take it to the United States. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First jacket foundation to arrive in the US<\/h2>\n\n<p>The manufacturing and transport process of this foundation, important for a large-scale marine station, such as the <strong>CVOW project<\/strong> , has required efficient collaboration between experts in maritime logistics and heavy transport.<\/p>\n\n<p>With the help of <strong>special cranes<\/strong> and custom-built <strong>heavy-duty transport vehicles<\/strong> , the foundation was moved precisely along the paved roads of the port, demonstrating Port Esbjerg\u2019s unique ability to handle operations of this magnitude.<\/p>\n\n<p>This shipment is part of the <strong>largest offshore wind project<\/strong> in the American country, which will include a number of 176 wind turbines with generating capacities of up to 2.6 gigawatts of energy, enough to supply 660,000 homes.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>Port of Esbjerg<\/strong> is a logistics hub for the wind industry.
