Starting in the second half of 2025, Renault Trucks will launch an enhanced version of its E-Tech T electric truck<\/strong> , with an impressive range of 600 km on a single charge. With more than 30 million kilometres driven and 29,000 tonnes of CO\u2082 avoided, Renault electric trucks are already demonstrating their positive impact on reducing emissions. The new version of the E-Tech T opens up new possibilities for transport companies looking for sustainable solutions without compromising operational efficiency. <\/p>\n\n

Is the E-Tech T the solution for long-range electric transport?<\/h2>\n\n

The key to this increase in autonomy lies in the technology of the “e-axle”<\/a><\/strong> , an integrated electric axle that groups the motors and transmission at the rear of the vehicle. This allows space to be freed up between the side members to install additional battery packs, increasing capacity without sacrificing performance. <\/p>\n\n

This truck will accelerate the transition to electric mobility and, with the expansion of public charging infrastructure by 2026, will enable operational parity with diesel trucks.<\/p>\nSays Emmanuel Duperray, Senior Vice President of Electromobility at Renault Trucks. <\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n

The 600 km E-Tech T will not replace the company’s current solutions, but will complement the range of electric vehicles. With flexible configurations and advanced simulation tools, Renault Trucks facilitates the energy transition<\/a><\/strong> of transporters, adapting trucks to their specific needs. <\/p>\n\n

The company also stresses the importance of adjusting the size of batteries based on the real needs of each customer. It also promotes the optimization of charging and transport strategies to reduce operating costs and improve efficiency in the use of rolling assets. <\/p>\n\n
