Kipushi Mine promotes sustainability and development in Africa<\/h2>\n\n

Kipushi, known for its high-quality zinc, is now the largest project of its kind in Africa<\/strong> . The collaboration between Ivanhoe, G\u00e9camines and the Congolese government has allowed production to be restarted and sustainability standards to be established. Marna Cloete, President of Ivanhoe, highlighted that 97% of the staff are local, underlining the commitment to community empowerment. <\/p>\n\n

With an estimated production capacity of over 278,000 tonnes of zinc concentrate over the next five years<\/strong> , Kipushi<\/a><\/strong> is positioned as a key driver of development in the region.
