SpaceX<\/strong> has kept up its unstoppable mission momentum with another morning liftoff from the iconic Space Coast. On Sunday, November 17, a Falcon 9 rocket<\/strong> carried 24 Starlink satellites<\/strong> into space, blasting off at exactly 5:28 p.m. ET from Space Launch Complex 40 at the famed Space Force Station at Cape Canaveral. <\/p>\n\n

The successful launch of SpaceX<\/h2>\n\n

The mission accomplished the deployment of the satellites, and marked the 18th flight of the first stage booster, which was successfully recovered in the Atlantic aboard the drone ship Just Read the Instructions<\/em> . This achievement reaffirms SpaceX<\/a><\/strong> \u2019s dominance on the Space Coast, with this being the 79th launch of the year, with United Launch Alliance executing the only other five. <\/p>\n\n

Meanwhile, Jeff Bezos’ company Blue Origin<\/strong> is looking to make a splash with its New Glenn rocket<\/strong> , which could launch for the first time later this month. ULA is also planning to surprise with two missions on its new Vulcan rocket<\/strong> before the end of the year. <\/p>\n\n

Another Falcon 9 launch is expected from Kennedy Space Center<\/strong> next Sunday, between 4:39 and 6:27 p.m., to launch a geostationary communications satellite made by Northrop Grumman for Optus, a major Australian company.<\/p>\n\n
