During the journey, the vehicle <strong>operated in temperatures of 60 to 80\u00b0F, reaching speeds between 50 and 55 mph.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p>The truck&#8217;s tank, which held <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.accelerazero.com\/sites\/default\/files\/2023-07\/H2-rescue-fact-sheet-accelera.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.accelerazero.com\/sites\/default\/files\/2023-07\/H2-rescue-fact-sheet-accelera.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">175 kilograms of hydrogen<\/a><\/strong> , was sealed before the start of the journey, <strong>of which only 168 kg was used<\/strong> . This clean trip avoided the emission of 664 pounds of carbon dioxide, compared to a similar combustion truck. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Features of the H2Rescue truck<\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.accelerazero.com\/es\/demos\/fuel-cells\/h2rescue\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.accelerazero.com\/es\/demos\/fuel-cells\/h2rescue\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">H2Rescue truck<\/a><\/strong> is designed for emergency applications and <strong>is capable of supplying power for up to 72 hours<\/strong> , making it an invaluable solution at disaster sites, shelters, and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) operations.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Thanks to its design, this Class 7 truck, <strong>weighing approximately 33,000 pounds<\/strong> , eliminates <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/chevron-expands-your-ccs-portfolio\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"182147\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">greenhouse gas<\/a><\/strong> emissions, reducing pollution in heavy-duty applications such as freight transport and rail systems.
