This water reuse capability is vital to ensure sustainability on long-term missions, where every gram of material counts. <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, the system includes an innovative component: the Catalytic Oxidizer (CatOx), which processes volatile organic compounds and gases, ensuring a safe environment for the crew.
