These agreements mark the beginning of a major project for the installation of wind turbines at the Ba\u0142tyk 2 and Ba\u0142tyk 3 wind farms, located in the Polish Baltic Sea. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The closing of contracts with Equinor and Polenergia<\/h2>\n\n<p>With an estimated investment of between 120 and 144 million euros, Cadeler will implement its operating model using two specialised vessels: one <em>O-class<\/em> and one <em>P-class<\/em> . This double-vessel configuration will allow for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/ship-installation-wind-turbines-wind-peak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">optimised operations<\/a><\/strong> , ensuring the installation of 100 wind turbines offshore, at distances of 22 km and 37 km from the port of \u0141eba. <\/p>\n\n<p>Installation and structuring operations are scheduled for 2027, and it is estimated that these wind farms can generate a total of 1,440 MW, which will be equivalent to supplying more than two million homes.<\/p>\n\n<p>This <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/ship-installation-wind-turbines-wind-peak\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">project<\/a> is Cadeler\u2019s third<\/strong> in Poland, establishing a sustained growth, driven by demand for renewable energy. Mikkel Gleerup, CEO of Cadeler, expressed his enthusiasm, noting that this is the company\u2019s first firm contract with Equinor and Polenergia, which opens the door to future successful collaborations. <\/p>\n\n<p>The Danish company manages and oversees large-scale projects in the offshore wind energy sector.
