Naturgy has started up its first photovoltaic plant<\/a> in the province of Seville<\/strong>, an initiative that reinforces its commitment to renewable energies in Spain.\nThe facility is located in Villanueva del Rey, between the municipalities of Ecija and La Luisiana, and has a capacity of 50 MW.\nThis project will generate 111 GWh of energy per year<\/strong>, enough to supply 34,000 Andalusian homes with 100% clean electricity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an investment of 60 million euros, the plant seeks to boost the energy transition to the energy transition<\/a><\/strong> and significantly reduce CO\u2082 emissions, avoiding up to 56,000 tons per year.<\/strong> In addition, during its construction and operation, the project has generated more than 350 direct and indirect jobs, demonstrating the positive impact of this type of initiative on the local economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
