The new production area, which will be fully operational in 2026, will incorporate robotics<\/a><\/strong> and state-of-the-art digital manufacturing processes.\nThis strategic shift will enable GKN to improve productivity and product quality while reducing lead times for its engine systems and structural components. <\/p>\n\n

One of the key aspects of this expansion is GKN’s ability to meet the growing demand for market-leading engines such as the GEnX, GTF and Trent XWB.\nThe company currently has a strong order backlog that spans nine years, underscoring its importance in the aerospace sector<\/a><\/strong> global. <\/p>\n\n
