However, something that calls the attention of specialists is that<strong>&#8220;the course of the barge did not stop immediately after the collision<\/strong>&#8220;, which has increased speculation about the causes and possible circumstances of the accident.\nThis is the second collision of a vessel with a bridge in Rotterdam so far this year.\nIn March, another vessel hit a similar structure, causing two containers to fall into the water.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-media-max-width=\"560\"><p lang=\"nl\" dir=\"ltr\">Willemsbrug.
