The FWN Arctic, designed to transport wind turbine components, unloaded the last sets of blades for the V164 turbines, manufactured by Vestas in Denmark. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EFGL floating wind farm stores 80-meter blades<\/h2>\n\n<p>These blades, <strong>measuring 80 metres and weighing 34 tonnes each<\/strong> , are being stored awaiting the arrival of the masts and nacelles in September. Once installed, <strong>the turbines will reach a height of 186 metres.<\/strong> The EFGL project, led by a consortium of Ocean Winds and Banque des Territoires, will be located more than 16 kilometres from the Mediterranean coast. <\/p>\n\n<p>The contract with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/euroports_exciting-things-are-happening-across-our-activity-7234911670379122688-oyT6\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/euroports_exciting-things-are-happening-across-our-activity-7234911670379122688-oyT6\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Euroports<\/a><\/strong> guarantees logistical support during construction at Port-La Nouvelle, including the assembly of the wind turbines on floating bases.
