been a technological adventure since its inception in 2021.\nThroughout its development, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/noticias\/lt-e-iit-bombay-desarrollan-tecnologia-de-hidrogeno-verde-en-india\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"37279\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IIT team<\/a><\/strong> has faced notable technical challenges, such as preventing the jet engines from overheating the robot, putting its structural integrity at risk.\nThese challenges have led to significant modifications to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/icub-tech.iit.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">design of the iCub<\/a><\/strong>the base platform on which the iRonCub is built.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In its third version (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/10.1126\/scirobotics.adh3834\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the iRonCub3<\/a><\/strong>) has introduced significant improvements, such as the integration of <strong>state-of-the-art sensors<\/strong> and the elimination of tendons, which improves its flight capability and endurance.<\/p>\n\n<p>Likewise, the IIT team has developed sophisticated control algorithms to manage the attitude and position of the robot during flight, ensuring that it remains stable and efficient in its mission.\nIn addition, <strong>the iRonCub3&#8217;s turbines generate a thrust of more than 1000 N<\/strong>, with exhaust temperatures exceeding 600 degrees Celsius, which requires
