achieved a major breakthrough with the successful installation of 80 foundations<\/strong>, which include <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/production-of-monopiles-xxxl-welding-monopiles\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"170012\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">monopiles<\/a><\/strong> and transition pieces.\nThis achievement is an essential step towards the completion of the wind farm, which is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2024. <\/p>\n\n<p>Located in the Taiwan Strait, the Yunlin wind farm has already succeeded in installing <strong>68 wind turbine generators, with 52 of them supplying <a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/clean-energy-energyfish-turbine-for-rivers\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"98202\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">clean electricity<\/a><\/strong> to the country&#8217;s power grid.\nIn addition, the installation of internal array grids and export cables is in its final phase, consolidating the project&#8217;s continued progress. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skyborn highlights impact of Yunlin offshore wind farm<\/h2>\n\n<p>Skyborn Renewables, the key company in the development of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/news\/turbine-installation-zhong-neng-park\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"181889\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wind farm<\/a><\/strong>has highlighted the importance of this breakthrough.\nPatrick Lammers, CEO of Skyborn, noted that the effective collaboration and support of the Taiwanese government has been crucial to the success of the project.\nHe also emphasized Skyborn&#8217;s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, demonstrated through initiatives such as the monitoring of the black-faced spoonbill, an endangered species.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The Yunlin wind farm, with a capacity of 640 MW, <strong>will be capable of generating enough energy to supply more than 600,000 Taiwanese households, <\/strong>making
