life to this project that represents a significant advance for the Basque space industry.<\/p>\n\n<p>The LUR-1 launch was successfully carried out from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, using Earth<\/strong>, with a particular focus on the geography of the Basque Country.\nThese data will be crucial for pest analysis, river management and crop optimization, among other applications. <\/p>\n\n<p>After a first failed communication attempt, AVS succeeded in establishing contact with the satellite on a second attempt, marking the beginning of a mission that is expected to have a useful life of five years. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eitb.eus\/es\/noticias\/economia\/detalle\/9563098\/en-orbita-lur1-primer-satelite-100-vasco\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" importance of this achievement has not gone unnoticed.\nBasque authorities such as the lehendakari Imanol Pradales and the Government Delegate in the Basque Country, Marisol Garmendia, have
