ENGIE maintains its energy transition goals in Chile by announcing the completion of the first phase to energize the Lomas de Taltal wind farm project <\/strong>.<\/strong> In addition, the first wind turbine has been officially permitted to be connected.<\/p>\n\n

The Lomas de Taltal wind farm<\/h2>\n\n

This project is located in the Antofagasta region, the Lomas de Taltal Wind Farm<\/strong> is destined to be one of the largest sources of renewable energy in Chile.\nOnce it is in full execution and operation, it is estimated that this plant will contribute 342 MW to the Chilean National Electric System, making it the largest renewable generation facility operated by ENGIE. <\/p>\n\n
