Baker Hughes Company has introduced three advanced sensor technologies for gas, flow and moisture measurement<\/strong>. These solutions are designed to improve safety and productivity in hydrogen applications and other energy and industrial sectors.<\/p>\n\n

New advanced sensor technologies<\/h2>\n\n

The XMTCpro sensor<\/strong> stands out for its high accuracy and reliability in monitoring the concentration of gases<\/strong>, such as hydrogen <\/em>and oxygen<\/em>, in harsh industrial environments. This sensor is Safety Integrity Level (SIL) certified, and offers real-time error detection and fast response in the measurement of binary gases. In addition, it has a contamination-resistant design with low maintenance requirements.<\/p>\n\n

On the other hand, the HygroPro XP<\/strong> is a sensor for measuring moisture in gases and hydrocarbon liquids<\/strong>. This compact, explosion-proof loop transmitter is essential for applications in the oil and gas industries and can accurately measure trace moisture over a wide range of dew points. Integrated HART communication<\/strong> facilitates connection to other intelligent field instruments, ensuring efficient operation in hydrogen transport, storage and production.<\/p>\n\n

Finally, the T5MAX transducer<\/strong> represents a breakthrough in ultrasonic flow measurement of gases<\/strong>. The T5MAX sensor improves accuracy in low flow applications such as hydrogen measurement. This increase in signal strength allows for a longer flow path length, resulting in more accurate and reliable measurements. In addition, customers following the World Bank’s global guidelines for gas flaring reduction are already adopting this technology to meet extremely low flow standards.<\/p>\n\n
