TECO 2030, BLOM Maritime and Samskip were awarded an ENOVA grant to upgrade Samskip’s LNG carrier Kvitnos, incorporating fuel cells and using hydrogen as fuel.<\/p>\n\n
The project will focus on preparing the investment decision for the modernization of the Kvitnos, while facilitating long-term hydrogen fuel supply contracts, thanks to the vessel’s fixed route.<\/p>\n\n
