Source: OMV Petrom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Radu Caprau, member of OMV Petrom&#8217;s Executive Board and head of Refining and Marketing, this tank is part of a series of significant projects recently completed at the Petrobrazi refinery. &#8220;<em>Together with the addition of new coke drums and other improvements, these investments strengthen our ability to operate the refinery safely and maintain sufficient fuel reserves to supply both Romania and the adjacent region. In addition, this project contributes significantly to the reduction of our steam emissions to practically zero.<\/em>&#8220;commented Caprau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Romania&#8217;s largest crude oil storage tank<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This imposing tank, which exceeds the height of a 10-story building, has a <strong>total capacity of 60,000 m\u00b3<\/strong>, enough to store crude oil for <strong>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/articulo\/internal-corrosion-in-storage-tanks\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"articulo\" data-id=\"152316\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">store crude oil<\/a>\n<\/strong> that could be processed in approximately 1.2 million fuel fills.
