This progress was documented at the Vermont headquarters, a video demonstrating hovering to transitional flight<\/strong> , with a pilot on board. The company has also been a reference in the eVTOL space since 2020, for its practical approach in testing and development<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beta has deployed its Alia-250 aircraft, inspired by the aerodynamics<\/a><\/strong> of the Arctic tern, at a test event at Plattsburgh International Airport, New York. The aircraft has a wingspan of 15 meters and an electric propulsion system powered by high-density lithium batteries<\/strong> , making a fluid transition from hovering flight to winged flight, before returning to its original state for landing.<\/p>\n\n\n
