According to recent analyzes at Prysmian, electrical wiring constitutes just over 7% of the total cost of a construction project and, currently, the energy requirements in spaces are more relevant considering the demands of devices and connectivity, which is why it is important correctly ensure the use of these electrical conductors.
The Cable App application is designed for those who need to correctly calculate and size the use of electrical wiring in various projects such as: students, technicians, engineers, electricians, residential installers, professionals, electrical material vendors, and even those who are renovating their homes.
With a fill of basic information about the facility; such as: load, size, temperature, conditions; the app returns suggestions on the type of cable, quantity to use, easy calculation of the caliber, estimates of savings and energy efficiency, points of sale, among others.
It also offers the option of advanced calculation to obtain other important indexes for the projects. The app presents information for low voltage electrical installations, that is, homes and small businesses. It is available for PCs, iPhone and Android.
