The Process Approach in Quality Management Systems

This course seeks to provide you with knowledge about the theoretical basis of the process approach in management systems, in the same way we will provide you with a methodological approach to guide the management of an organization to processes, emphasizing each of the phases that compose it: i) Identification and sequence of processes, ii) Description of processes, iii) Measurement and monitoring of processes and iv) Improvement of processes, emphasizing their practical implementation in the organizational sphere.
