Planning of the Quality Management System

This course has been designed to provide you with knowledge about the importance of planning the management system within the framework of the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, for this we will start from the understanding of the organization and its context, and then study what is the management of the interested parties and their requirements within the framework of the quality management system, then we will address the management of risks and opportunities including a scheme for risk management, in the final part of the course a methodological approach will be studied to the implementation of a quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, emphasizing its practical implementation in the organizational field.
