Internal quality audits

This course has been designed to provide you with knowledge about the importance of audits in the framework of the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management systems, for this we will start from some general theoretical aspects related to audits of management systems and the study of the terms and definitions related to them, we will study the ISO 19011: 2018 Standard “Guidelines for the audit of management systems”. As a core aspect of the course, the study of the audit process is contemplated, including: management of the audit program, performance of the audit and competence and evaluation of auditors, emphasizing its practical application in the organizational field.
